At The Fitness Lane we implement a "Fairness Policy" to all our personal training clients.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, please make sure you give The Fitness Lane more than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Failing to do so will result in you paying for the missed session as not enough time will be available to us to fill your appointment. Exceptional circumstances will be taken in to consideration at Alex Lanes discretion. In the interest of fairness this policy will work both ways, meaning if our instructor fails to give 24 hours notice to cancel, you will receive your session free of charge at a later date.
You have the right to cancel or rearrange your session free of charge when you give The Fitness Lane over 24 hours notice before your session is due to start. If you need to rearrange your session, please be aware that you may not get the time slot of your choice if the trainer is unavailable.
Health/Contact forms must be completed before your first session of exercise with The Fitness Lane. It is your responsibility as the client to keep The Fitness Lane informed of any changes to your health or contact details. The Fitness Lane reserves the right to refuse to train clients if it is deemed unsafe or inadvisable due to the clients health or any other issue.
All prepaid personal training sessions have a 90 day expiry, after which time any unused sessions will be totalled up and no refunds will be issued. This is to give you the greatest possible chance of achieving your goals. You may extend this timescale upto 12 full calendar months for the following reasons only:
You have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel any un-used sessions/programs/products that have been purchased online, after this time no refunds will be issued. We do not give refunds/exchanges for online products purchased unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we can offer a refund or exchange for 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer a refund but can offer an exchange up to 6 months after the purchase. You will need a proof of payment for any of these options. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
