Alex has over a decade of teaching group exercise classes, where hundreds of clients have had a great workout while building a social bond with other gym members. Alex specialises in Spin, Circuits, Bootcamp and Ab classes. If you would like to hire Alex to come to you or your workplace  to run a private class,

Class Time Table

Spin at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre

Saturdays 9:45am to 10:30am

45 minute intense cardiovascular workout for a healthy heart and mind. Each time you hit the bike, your class will be different and adaptable for your ability so no matter if your a regular spinner or never sat on a spin bike, this is the spin class for you!

Group Exercise Challenges

We often take part in group fitness challenges such as the Coniston Challenge for Guide Dogs UK, Bike ride for the British Heart Foundation and Wolf Run! Keep an eye on our social media for any events we are thinking of taking part in with our clients and feel free to join in!
