Personal Fitness Training
We offer fitness training sessions in our private gym, catered to each clients specific needs whether this be weight loss, body building, toning, calisthenics, cardiovascular endurance or anything else! These fitness sessions can be 1 to 1 or ask one friend to join you FREE of charge, as long as they have the same fitness goals as yourself!
10 Fitness Training Sessions
Each session is 1 hour long and you can train 1 to 1 or with a friend for no extra charge. See below for type of training we offer based around your fitness goals.
Food diary with diet evaluation and advice on how to eat healthy with meal plans catered around your dietary preferences and requirements.
A plan of exercises for you to do at home to help along your fitness journey, catered around your schedule/lifestyle. We can also recommend group classes, hobbies & activities.
Regular measurements to track your progress and help your reach your goals.
This can be helpful to see how your fitness training and diet plans have been helpfing you suceed.
Alex is only ever a text or call away if you need advice, from checking ingredients whilst you do your food shop, to questions around an exercise whilst at the gym. Alex is also dedicated to educating clients in deptabout fitness and diet during each training session.
Introduction & Reflection
A chat over coffee to discuss your goals/needs before you start, as well as a celebration of your achievements after your package is complete and a plan for future.
