Over the past decade of training female clients, the importance of physical activity during menopause stage can be crucial. Menopause is completely natural & is your body working correctly to help extended & improve your quality of life. While this is natural for the short term it may be causing you some sleepless night, from this irritability, slowed metabolism (weight gain), brain fog, muscle aches & pains, long with many other symptoms.
The good news this is temporary & the effects of menopause can be greatly reduced with exercise.
So depending on your symptoms Alex can create a programme to help relieve them that little bit.
For example if you get a hot flash, if your cardiorespiratory fitness (heart health) is improved this increases cerebral blood flow (blood to the brain) which is normally reduced.
If you work away or travel a lot with no fixed location, going to the gym and cooking healthy meals can be challenging! We can give expert advice on how to stay fit & healthy while on the move!
